Prevention Packages
Prevention packages are focused on education, the why and how, so that your staff understands why ergonomics is the key to avoiding injury and how to avoid discomfort and injury through proper positioning and equipment modification. Education can be one time or at ongoing regular intervals.
- Education for All Staff - empower your team with knowledge to identify common risky postures and prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Training for all staff solves most ergonomic issues. Education delivery is tailored to company structure, needs and budget.
- Train the Trainer Programs - Train 1 or 2 designated Employees in basic workstation set up and positioning who will then train the rest of the staff.
Ergonomic Assessment Packages
If any of your employees exhibit signs of discomfort which may arise from their workspace, in addition to education, your company will benefit from assessing these employees so that the discomfort does not lead to injury and compensable Workman’s compensation cases.
